Dr. Mangala Ayre is an educationist/ counselor/ teacher / mentor and guide with over 30 years of experience. Dr Ayre , popularly called Mangala Akka by one and all , has the valuable background of having worked with the Krishnamurthy Foundation Chennai . She is particularly passionate about teaching pre-school and kindergarden students, where often art comes to life in her classes. She is a frequent lecturer and counsellor for teachers and parents and has developed various alternative teaching methods using music, storytelling and dance. She travels to the US, where she is an invited faculty at local primary schools , sharing the Indian experience and bringing home the learning from abroad. As a Trustee and Adviser of the MGET , she has added value to the academic growth and the smooth running of the schools.
