The 72nd Republic Day was celebrated on January 26 at the school grounds without students, following the SOP by the government during this pandemic situation. The teachers took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity and brotherhood. The event began at 9.00 am with the hoisting of the Indian National Flag by the Correspondent of MGET, Mr. Swaminathan. He highlighted in his address the significance of the day and requested the teachers to inculcate good values in life for the students, which will help them to be good citizens of the country,
The teachers saluted the flag and pledged themselves to uphold the honour, integrity, diversity and uniqueness of the country.
